1. Rental Agreement
When renting equipment from North Sport Rentals, you agree to sign our rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your rental, including the rental period, fees, deposit, damages, and liability.
2. Rental Period
Your rental period begins on the date and time specified in your rental agreement and ends on the date and time you return the equipment. Any extension to the rental period must be agreed upon by North Sport Rentals and specified in a new rental agreement.
3. Fees and Deposits
You are responsible for paying all rental fees and deposits as specified in your rental agreement. North Sport Rentals reserves the right to charge additional fees for late returns, damages, and other charges specified in the rental agreement.
4. Equipment Care
You are responsible for using the rented equipment safely and for its proper care. You agree to return the equipment in the same condition as it was received, except for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damages to the equipment, and North Sport Rentals reserves the right to charge additional fees for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Liability
You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment. North Sport Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the equipment, except for damages resulting from our negligence or breach of the rental agreement.
6. Termination
North Sport Rentals reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the conditions of use or the rental agreement. If we terminate your rental agreement, you must immediately return the equipment and pay any outstanding fees and charges.
7. Governing Law
This conditions of use and the rental agreement are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services or the rental agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.
