When you reserve your equipment with us, you can choose to pick it up day and time from ou rental location that works best for you. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you and provide you with any necessary instructions for using the equipment.
When you arrive for pick up, we will review the rental agreement with you and ensure that you have all of the necessary equipment and accessories. We will also perform a quick inspection of the equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order and free from any damage or defects.

Drop off rental equipment
At North Sport Rentals, we strive to provide our customers with a rental experience that is convenient and hassle-free. That’s why we offer a reliable drop off service for all of our rental equipment.
When you make your reservation with us, you can choose to drop off the equipment at our specified location at the end of your rental period. Our experienced staff will provide you with clear instructions on how to drop off the equipment, and we will perform a quick inspection to ensure that it is in proper working order.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we offer a unique 24-hour drop off service. This means that you can drop off the equipment at any time of day or night that is convenient for you, as long as it is within 24 hours of the end of your rental period.
Our drop off service is designed to make the rental process as easy and convenient as possible for you. Once you have dropped off the equipment, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was rented.

Delivery information
At North Sport Rentals, we understand that sometimes you need the convenience of having your rental equipment delivered to your location. That’s why we offer a reliable delivery service for all of our rental equipment.
When you make your reservation with us, you can request delivery to your specified location. Our experienced staff will coordinate with you to arrange a time and place for the delivery.
Please understand that for delivery, we have to drive 4 times – 2 times to your location and 2 times back to us. As a result, the delivery fee may be higher than other services, and it may not be cost-effective for you in all situations. We will provide you with a clear and transparent fee schedule when you make your reservation, so you can make an informed decision about whether delivery is the right option for you.
On the day of delivery, we will carefully transport the equipment to your location and perform a quick inspection to ensure that it is in proper working order. We will also provide you with any necessary instructions for using the equipment, and answer any questions you may have.
After your rental period has ended, we will arrange to pick up the equipment from your location at a time that is convenient for you. We will perform a final inspection to ensure that the equipment is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
