Event Size & Recommended Reservation Timing
Small Events (up to 30–35 golf club sets):
Typically does not require early booking. We recommend reserving 3–5 days in advance. Emergency delivery is often possible with same-day or next-day service.
Medium Events (40–60 golf club sets):
We suggest booking at least 3 weeks before the event to ensure availability and delivery coordination.
Large Events (60–90 golf club sets):
For larger gatherings, it’s best to reserve a minimum of 2 months in advance.
Extra Large Events (90+ golf club sets):
We recommend contacting us at least 4–5 months before the event. Earlier is even better.

Delivery Information
In most cases, we personally deliver our golf club sets directly to your event — whether it’s a golf course, hotel, conference center, or any location you choose. We do not ship golf clubs by mail or freight. Personal delivery is the most reliable way to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery fees are negotiable and depend on the quantity of sets and the distance to your location.
