Out of Hours Pick-Up and Drop-Off
For your convenience, we offer out of hours pick-up and drop-off services. Please contact us before or after booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We offer flexible options, such as having a team member take the rental product home or staying for drop-off outside of regular work hours. This service is provided at no additional charge to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Delivery is available for distances up to 50 miles from our location, with fees calculated based on mileage:
0-5 miles: Free delivery and pick-up
5-10 miles: $20 for two-way service or $10 for one-way delivery or pick-up
10-15 miles: $40 for two-way service or $20 for one-way
15-20 miles: $50 for two-way service or $25 for one-way
20-30 miles: $60 for two-way service or $30 for one-way
30-40 miles: $70 for two-way service or $35 for one-way
40-50 miles: $80 for two-way service or $45 for one-way
50 miles and beyond, please contact us for custom delivery arrangements.

Delivery of Multiple Rentals to One Location
If you’ve rented several items from our company and need them all delivered to the same location, you’ll be charged only once for delivery, just as if you were renting a single item.
(This applies to private deliveries for individual customers. Delivery fees for large events, corporate parties, and similar occasions will be calculated through custom solutions and discussed with the event coordinator.)
Shipping Information
Some of our rentals are eligible for shipping. While shipping is not typical for local rental companies, we are happy to accommodate your request if possible. If you would like a rental item shipped to you, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to find the best shipping solution.
Payment Information
You can choose to pay either during checkout or when you visit our location to pick up the items. We offer a secure payment checkout that meets all necessary security certifications. Rest assured, the statement on your bank or credit card will clearly show “North Sport Rentals,” ensuring transparency in all transactions.

Payments for Delivery Rentals
Full payment is required upfront for all products we deliver to you. You can use the online payment processor during checkout or contact us if you’d like to process the payment through another method.
Security Deposit
For pick-up rentals, the security deposit can be placed either online or at our location. For delivery rentals, the deposit will be placed by our checkout system together with your payment. The deposit is typically 20% of the retail value and will be released once the product is returned in good condition.
Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected issues can arise, and you may need to cancel your booking. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will cancel your booking and issue a full refund.
However, if you fail to pick up your rentals without informing us, or if we deliver the product and it is refused or not accepted for non-valid reasons, we may not process a refund, or the refund may be partial depending on the situation.
