Starlink Mini Travel Kit Rental Prices

Please note: Starlink kits do not include a built-in rechargeable battery. While there are some third-party battery options on the market, they are not original Starlink products and generally have low feedback and poor reliability, so we do not supply or recommend them. Each Starlink kit we provide comes with its own long AC/DC power adapter for standard use.

Shipping Days Do Not Count as Rental Days

We ship the Starlink Mini in advance so it can arrive before your requested start date. Your rental period begins on the date you selected for your trip or event, not on the date the package was shipped. For example, if you reserve a 7 day rental from September 10 through September 16 and the Starlink arrives on September 8, September 8 and September 9 do not count toward your rental period.

Return Shipping

Return transit time does not count toward your rental period. However, the Starlink kit must be handed to the designated carrier no later than the two next business day after your rental ends. The carrier acceptance scan will be used to confirm the return date.  Any additional days before the package is accepted by the carrier may be treated as additional rental days. A prepaid return shipping label is included with every rental.

Payment Information

Full payment is required before any Starlink Mini rental is shipped. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.

Payments are completed through our secure online payment system. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, North Sport Rentals may request a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID before shipment. In some cases, additional verification may be required if the billing information and shipping address do not match.

The Starlink Mini will only be shipped after all required payment and verification steps have been completed.

Please make sure the shipping address provided with your reservation is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans and schedules can change. If you need to cancel your Starlink Mini rental, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your rental has not yet been shipped, we can usually cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.

Once the Starlink Mini has been shipped, shipping costs and any other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from the refund. If the package is refused, not accepted, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the refund may be partial depending on the costs incurred.

If a customer does not return the Starlink Mini according to the agreed rental schedule, or fails to hand the package to the designated carrier within the required return period, additional rental charges may apply.

Refunds are reviewed based on the specific circumstances of each reservation.
